Got another recent Arcade Fire set for you all. Their latest studio effort, Reflektor, has been dominating my stereo - it's such a complete album. "Normal Person" is one of the most rockin' tunes I've heard in some time. The lead guitar riff and especially its tone are absolutely spectacular.

Be listening to Reflektor, buy the album, and see these guys live - this latest tour promises to be one helluva a show.

Arcade Fire released a new record yesterday, Reflektor, and so far I think it's pretty spectacular. I was able to get in 4 listens in but I was hooked after the first spin. The sound is pretty out there and it reminds me of the second Bon Iver album, their self-titled. Not from a sound/vibe perspective but that it's got an incredibly specific sound while be nothing like their previous work. It sounds as if they've been making music of this style for years.

This recording, at from the very recent Bridge School benefit, features new tracks from Reflektor and a never before played song called "I Dreamed a Neil Young Song" - with Neil Young.

Enjoy folks.

Donate to the Bridge School folks and thanks to Live Bootlegs for hooking it up with this set.

A pretty "epic" set here. Other than their Hunger Games soundtrack song and their Record Store Day remix 12" they've been pretty quiet lately.

Things have been quiet for Arcade Fire lately, with the exception of their track on "The Hunger Games" soundtrack that is. I'm sure they're enjoying the quiet though, they've had a pretty amazing and pretty intense couple of years.

Tune into Austin City Limits this weekend to see their performance, check your local listings here.

The quality of this 2005 Arcade Fire recording in truly excellent. They've come a long way since Funeral having since won the 2010's Grammy for Album of the Year, jamming with Neil Young and grossing out Wayne Coyne.

- LCD Soundsystem wrapped up their epic ten-year career with a near four-hour blowout at Madison Square Garden last Saturday. Everyone from Aziz Ansari (who got roughed up from crowd surfing) to Arcade Fire was there. Watch the full concert here.

- The night before, The Strokes warmed up the Garden with a sold out show that featured a guest appearance by Elvis Costello.

- My Morning Jacket is releasing a 12" single with a new song from Circuital on Record Store Day. Too bad it will only be available in Kentucky ...

- Neil Young is prepping a new (well, old) live album that will contain five previously unreleased songs.

- The Decemberists visit Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform "This is Why We Fight."

- Bonnaroo added more artists and released their 2011 comedy lineup early this afternoon.
